Roger Man, trained as a Professional Architect in the United Kingdom, involved extensively in the local property developments and as well as Mainland China projects.
Consistently demonstrated strong design ability and project management skills while handling large scale residential and commercial property developments in great complexity. A good understanding of commercial and design matters and conversant with managing complex design works to achieve tight program and controlled budget. Good leadership skills and effective in resolving problems.
His major involvements include EMI Headquarter, Galaxy Publishing Headquarter, Lee Garden Redevelopment, MTR Headquarter Renovations, International Finance Center (Phase one and Phase two), Crown Hotel (Macau) and Project Management and Construction Management for a number of Retails and F&B Projects for Venetian Hotel (Macau).

Karen Mak
Associate
Karen Mak completed her Hons. B.A. in Architectural Studies and Fine Art History at the University of Toronto in 2004, and returned to Hong Kong to pursue a career in Architecture, Interiors and Project Management.
Joining our company in 2006, Karen has since then been involved in the design and project management of a variety of projects, including F&B outlets for the Hong Kong Jockey Club, the Venetian Macao and Sands Macao, as well as commercial, retail and residential projects throughout Hong Kong and China.
Karen's sense of design and grasp of project management skills allows her a good overview and control of projects on hand, bringing a balance amongst the aesthetics, cost and time. Being a conversant person, she communicates and coordinates well with clients, consultants and contractors alike, building a positive working relationship with business partners.
